After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton in 2012, Ms. Sykora received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She later became licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri. Upon graduating, Ms. Sykora began her career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Missouri State Public Defender System, in which she remained for two years before becoming Senior Associate Attorney for Brown & James P.C.
Backed by her professional expertise, Ms. Sykora currently excels as an Associate Attorney for Jackson Lewis P.C., where she focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters in administrative, state and federal cases. Due to her expansive breadth of knowledge, she contributed to "New Missouri Law Requires Employers to Provide Leave to Victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence."
