While enrolled in high school, Mr. Wallace tailored his studies to prepare himself for law school. However, he quickly discovered that law was not the path for him. He subsequently participated in a business leaders' symposium and was fascinated by the impact that the companies involved had been making. After being selected by the prestigious PepsiCore Program, he began his career with PepsiCo and excelled in numerous positions. Between 2016 and 2018, Mr. Wallace worked as senior director of national sales for C&G at PepsiCo.
Over the years, Mr. Wallace also gained valuable expertise in the field as the senior director of FLNA sales and Sam's Club team lead for PepsiCo. He currently excels with the aforementioned company as sales vice president, where he leads about 4,000 employees in the Atlantic region and manages a $2.3 billion organization from a sales perspective. Outside of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Wallace contributes to those less fortunate through Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Young Black Leadership Alliance, to name a few.
A certified project manager, Mr. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Georgia State University in 2013 and a Master of Business Administration through DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management in 2015. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is incredibly proud of his wonderful family and working for PepsiCo for the last 15 years. Within the coming years, Mr. Wallace aims to continue working with PepsiCo in a larger leadership role so that he can have a greater impact on others.
