Mr. Eisner studied at Union College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude and with honors in economics, in 1973. He was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Eisner subsequently attained a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Georgetown Law School in 1976, where he was a member of the board of editors of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
