A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, he previously sold homes throughout South Jersey as part of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. In this role, he and his team of realtors earned over $175 million in annual revenue between 2013 and 2017.
Often participating in rescue work, Mr. Santucci responds to calls from area townships and counties where there is a need to save an animal due to an unsafe environment. Typically, the calls surround cases of parrots that have been neglected. In this capacity, Mr. Santucci is charged with collecting the animal, providing it with shelter, and ensuring that it is in good health, after which they are submitted for adoption.
Prior to purchasing his store in 2018 and expanding the business, Mr. Santucci was involved in retail for many years. He initially began working for Wawa Food Markets, becoming the youngest general manager in the company at just 19 between 2003 and 2010. During his time with the organization, he was appointed to serve as the area compliance leader for its tobacco program, where he implemented strategies and policies that ensured compliance across 30 area stores. Mr. Santucci later worked for several other companies and eventually served as the regional director of retail operations for Goodwill Industries between 2011 and 2013.
In his free time, Mr. Santucci is active as a member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of REALTORS, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Monmouth/Ocean County Board of Realtors, and LGBTQ Business Owners. An alumnus of Ashford University, he acquired a bachelor's degree and master's degree in business management in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is also a professional member of the American Budgerigar Society Association and the East Penn Budgie Club.
