Having garnered respect as a leader in the field of logistics, Mr. Williams presently serves as a Business Development Manager for Conditioned Air Systems Inc., in Gainesville, Georgia. Overseeing service contracts and maintenance, he also handles staff and bringing in new talent as well as the oversight of the commercial and residential divisions. He is notably an expert in business development, relationship building, project management, talent acquisition and work-based learning. Mr. Williams studied at the University of Georgia, where he played collegiate football and studied Business Management. He is also a 2021 graduate of Leadership Forsyth. During the course of his career, Mr. Williams garnered experience with XP Logistics Inc. as a senior specialist and southeast region manager from 2012 to 2019. He also worked for Freedom Trans Logistics of Gainesville as a carrier sales representative between 2010 and 2012.
To support his various civic and community interests, Mr. Williams is a member of Rotary International and the Associated General Contractors Youth Leadership Program. Furthermore, he serves as the president of the South Hall Rotary, an ambassador for the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, a member of Leadership Hall, and a board member of Leadership Forsyth, where he represents Conditioned Air Systems Inc. Through Leadership Forsyth, Mr. Williams gathers once per month with other leaders from across multiple industries to establish relationships with local businesses, leaders and schools, and to learn more about leadership. Additionally, Mr. Williams has been active with #SpreadJoyFor Justus, a group that goes out into the community and participates in random acts of kindness.
Having overcome many challenges, Mr. Williams strives to maintain a positive outlook on his life, community and career. On May 17, 2019, Mr. Williams and his wife Jess lost their 2-year-old son Justus Teal Williams to E.coli from Lake Lanier. Mr. Williams seeks to inspire others to not let such difficult experiences define them, but instead motivate them with the help of faith and a strong support system. Through the South Hall Rotary, in 2022, their environmental project is going to be to erect signs at all Lake Lanier beaches warning of the dangers of swimming at certain times. This will be a multiple Rotary and local government project. Recognized for his achievements locally, Mr. Williams was named as the Rotarian of the Year and received a Rotarian Award in 2020. He was also recognized in Georgia Trend Magazine's 40 Under 40 list for 2021. He lives in Gainesville with his wife Jess Williams and sons: Jericho Glenn Williams and Jonah Russell Williams.
