In addition to booking events, she coordinates with the venue's catering staff and audio/visual team in order to provide exceptional service for each customer. Ms. Semenza also serves as the main point of contact for her customers and helps create personalized experiences that frequently exceed expectations.
Prior to her career in the hospitality industry, Ms. Semenza excelled as a clinical massage therapist at High Maintenance Day Spa and Salon for four years. In 2012, she was recruited by Cooperative Conference Center as an event manager. Ms. Semenza has found much success in this role and decided to maintain her responsibilities when she was promoted to the post of sales manager in 2019.
During her tenure at Cooperative Conference Center, Ms. Semenza has effectively coordinated multiple events that have involved over 600 guests. In the near future, she intends to take on increasingly challenging projects and continue her professional ascent within Cooperative Conference Center. Since Cooperative Conference Center was recently forced to scale back its services due to COVID-19, Ms. Semenza is eager to help the venue establish a consistent schedule of exciting events throughout 2021 and 2022.
