The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma has recognized Ms. Kopp's professional achievements by naming her as the Chatapreneur of the Year in 2017.

With nearly two decades of experience to her credit, Ms. Kopp presently serves as the CEO, owner, director, administrator and solicitor of 4C Welding and Industrial Center Inc., an NCCER accredited training sponsor and assessment center. Simultaneously, she owns and manages Kopps on the Run LLC, a facility that performs drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, hair follicle testing and related services in Hugo, Oklahoma.
In tandem with her responsibilities to her businesses, Ms. Kopp actively contributes to her local community. She belongs to the Lions Club, supports the Girl Scouts of America as a troop leader and is the president of her local chamber of commerce. A member of the Choctaw Native American people, she serves as the treasurer of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce Southeastern Oklahoma Chapter. Prior to pursuing her own career in entrepreneurship, Ms. Kopp performed several physically demanding tasks within the construction and trade industry, including ironworking, rigging, welding and boilermaking. To wit, she has grown her business to achieve being satellite sites for two different safety councils in order to host safety classes and, in addition to related certifications, is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) as a master trainer and administrator, CPE (Certified Practical Examiner) in Rigging, and a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Rigging, Supervision, Boilermaker, and Safety. As Ms. Kopp looks to the future, she hopes to expand her facility, with the goal of cultivating a comprehensive destination for those seeking certifications in construction.
