Ms. Frohman found success as a triage nurse for Virginia Beach Obstetrics and Gynecology until 2020, at which point she was promoted to the role of a nursing supervisor.

Upon the completion of her military service, Ms. Frohman returned home to tend to her brother, who had undergone open-heart surgery. This sparked her interest in a career in medicine.
Ms. Frohman attended the Medical Careers Institute of the East Coast Polytechnic Institute and became licensed in practical nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at a pediatrician's office for several years prior to furthering her education. In 2016, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University Virginia Beach. In 2017, Ms. Frohman found success as a triage nurse for Virginia Beach Obstetrics and Gynecology until 2020, at which point she was promoted to the role of a nursing supervisor.
Ms. Frohman attributes much of her success to her desire to help others. Looking toward the future, she intends to open an independent practice with a colleague. Ultimately, Ms. Frohman's goal is to help create more accessibility for home care for pregnant women.
