Before joining BMO, Ms. Benjamin held numerous positions in executive-level management roles, including as the Executive Director of Client Services at Nomura Securities and Head of Client Integration for Lehman Brothers.
In 2019, Ms. Benjamin received a Woman in Capital Champion of Change Award due to her passion and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. In accounting for her success, she credits her sense of determination, drive and a desire to succeed.
