While studying for a Bachelor of Science in electronic technology at Norfolk State University, Mr. Williams' adviser informed him about a position for co-op students at General Electric. He eventually decided to apply for the position and reapplied just prior to graduating. Since 1993, Mr. Williams has excelled as quality control engineer for Bechtel Construction Company, for which he maintains responsibility for the construction of electrical safety equipment for nuclear power plants.

Alongside his primary work in the field, Mr. Williams dedicates himself to his community through The Salvation Army and St. Jude Children's Hospital. Though his career has been filled with standout moments, he is incredibly proud of refining his skills in various aspects of the industry. Within the coming years, Mr. Williams aims to build the first nuclear power plant in the 21st century and to mentor other professionals in his areas of expertise.
