Mr. Stocker, a senior director of materials management for the Honeywell Corporation, has accrued a wealth of experience in the areas of automotive, consumer products and textiles. A supply chain expert by trade, he previously worked in global sourcing, value stream mapping, business process improvement, change management and more. Prior to accepting his position with Honeywell, he served as the director of supply chain for Easy Way Products Co., an outdoor cushion manufacturer in Cincinnati from 2018 to 2020.
In addition, Mr. Stocker worked with Cummins Inc., a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products, between 2008 and 2018. Beginning as a global sourcing manager, he progressed into roles of increasing responsibility as a distribution center operations manager, the supply chain manager for North America, and a senior project manager. Mr. Stocker also found success as a site materials manager for both Newell Rubbermaid and Valspar, and as a purchasing manager for Security Textile Corporation.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Stocker credits the tutelage and guidance he received throughout the course of his career. Likewise, he is proud to have learned the importance of balancing both the needs of business and that of his employees. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stocker hopes to serve as a teacher in his own right, and mentor the next generation of supply chain professionals.
An alumnus of the University of La Verne, Mr. Stocker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and management in 2003. Presently, he hopes to receive a master's degree in his field. Well qualified, he is also certified as a six sigma green belt and in project management through Cummins Inc. Professionally, Mr. Stocker is a member of the Association for Supply Chain Management.
