Stacy Q. Brown is the executive pastor for Bridge Pointe Church.
ATLANTA, GA, April 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pastor Stacy Q. Brown, EdS, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts in education from Morris Brown College and went on to attain a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction, with a focus on creative arts and learning, from Lesley University. He subsequently earned a Specialist in Education in educational leadership, supervision and administration from Cambridge College. Prior to starting his career as a pastor, he worked as an elementary school teacher for over a decade. He also owned an after-school performing arts company and served as an education advisor for the Abu Dhabi Education Council for three years. Continuing his career, Mr. Brown maintained involvement as a school administrator, principal and director for preschool for the South Georgia Charter System in 2013 to 2015 and as a school administrator for the DeKalb County School System for a year.
Mr. Brown embarked upon his life in religious service as the interim senior pastor for the Greater Nashville Church, after which he became the executive pastor for Bridge Pointe Church in 2017. In his present role there, he oversees and supervises the ministry staff, outreach programs and church initiatives to build connections within the local community. He also oversees the international mission efforts, including supporting a church in West Africa. Mr. Brown manages several programs within the church, including the children's ministry, middle school ministry, high school and teen ministry, intentional focus for singles ministry and the Orange Curriculum, a learning platform for spiritual and character lessons for children up to fifth grade.
In addition to his main career, Mr. Brown is the founder of Dope Kommunion and a member of Abu Dhabi. Having always felt compelled to avail himself on behalf of others, he is actively pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from the McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. Mr. Brown also plans to expand Dope Kumunion nationally and internationally in order to serve more people.
