Moreover, he worked as a civil engineer and development specialist for the city of Johnson, Tennessee and as a civil engineer technician for the city of Knoxville. Mr. Koontz previously served in the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force.
An expert in his field, Mr. Koontz earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee. Alongside his primary responsibilities, he contributed to his community as a volunteer coach for a travel baseball team. Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, he has been honored in Who's Who Among American High School Students, Who's Who Among Students at American Universities and Colleges and Who's Who in Business. In a career that has been filled with highlights, he is incredibly proud of stepping out of his comfort zone and establishing his own business despite the risks and uncertainties.
