She began her career as a financial professional in insurance, securities, and investment advisory services becoming the leading agent in Hawaii for Prudential Financial, and then earning the designation "Top of the Rock" or top 1% of all Prudential agents in the world. Licensed in real estate for more than 30 years, Elizabeth also serves as the Principal Broker of Islandwide Estates and supervises branches on the Kohala Coast and Maui Hawaii for luxury real estate transactions. More recently, Elizabeth Merk added tax expertise to her arsenal and earned the highest credential recognized by the IRS, Enrolled Agent, in 2017. Having served as a Senior Tax Expert for Intuit Turbo Tax live, she is considered "One of our Nation's Tax Experts" by the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
As an integrated professional, Elizabeth Merk is positioned to assist her clients across financial and real estate asset classes with an eye towards tax optimization.
