VIOLA, ID, April 08, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brent M.F. Glover has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

For over 40 years, Mr. Glover has enjoyed a fulfilling career as an expert in equine welfare. Prior to embarking on his professional path, he pursued an education at Sierra Nevada University, obtaining an Associate of Arts in business management and liberal arts. As a commitment to his field, Mr. Glover has been active with the Arabian Horse Association and the Paso Fino Horse Association.

Since 1975, Mr. Glover has built a prolific career as the founder and chief executive officer of Orphan Acres Inc., a nonprofit volunteer-based equine sanctuary that houses over 70 horses. In this capacity, he is responsible for rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming horses, as well as educating veterinary students from Washington State University on proper aspects of equine management and care. Moreover, the farm has provided a last-resort home for all animals, but especially for horses that have been mistreated by their previous owners, retired racehorses and horses from shelters, court orders and the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Esteemed for his contributions to the field, Mr. Glover has received multiple accolades, including the President's Award and the Distinguished Learning Award from Washington State University.

Mr. Glover's passion for an equine sanctuary derived from working with horses since the age of 16, and intensified when the passing of an older couple resulted in him caring for their horse. Since establishing the aforementioned organization in 1975, he is incredibly proud to have sustained an equine-orphanage that has rescued over 4,800 horses and successfully adopted out over 3,600 of them. Looking toward the future, Mr. Glover aspires to create an equine therapy program for people with disabilities and veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder.
