Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson was inspired by her father and sisters, who had all owned their businesses. She earned a Bachelor of Science in sociology from the University of Houston. While attending college, she began her career in the insurance industry as a client representative. In the insurance industry, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson discovered her love for working with others and assisting clients in the process of selecting the best plan for their needs while guiding clients toward sound investment decisions that would eventually lead to the purchase of a new or first home.
Ms. Chenevert-Henderson became involved in real estate when her managers noticed her potential and offered her a position as a new home sales consultant. She subsequently graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate and served some of the top new home builders as well as the Texas Home Group Realtors. Inspired by a colleague, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson eventually accepted a position with RE/MAX Generation in 2016.
As a broker associate and real estate agent with RE/MAX Generation, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson is in charge of a small team. On a daily basis, she meets with clients, and follows up on leads, transactions and escrow. She has notably had various listings in Dayton, Huntsville, Rosharon, Manvel and Baytown, Texas. As a qualified professional, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson is a licensed broker, an accredited buyer representative and a certified negotiation expert.
Over the years, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson has been incredibly proud of the honors and awards that she has obtained for excellent real estate sales and service. She has been recognized among Top Producing Agents by the Houston Association of Realtors for two consecutive years, and among the Top 20 RE/MAX Generation Agents for three consecutive quarters. She was also presented with the Platinum Award and inducted into the Hall of Fame at RE/MAX Generation. Most notably, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson was listed among Top 20 Agents by the Houston Black Real Estate Association.
In her career, Ms. Chenevert-Henderson has been grateful for the opportunity to cultivate partnerships within the Houston community. She measures her success by the satisfaction of her clients.
