Following this accomplishment, she studied at the University of Michigan, from which she earned a Master of Business Administration in 2012. Well qualified in her field, Ms. Sutter has obtained certification in the SAP Utilities Industry Solution via SAP, as well as through the Society for Human Resources Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), of which she remains an active member.
In accounting for her success, Ms. Sutter credits the influence of her mentors from whom she learned the value of listening, feedback and accountability and understood the power of teamwork.
