Having served as the owner of the Holt Real Estate Team in Madison, Wisconsin, since 2018, he has distinguished himself as a leading real estate professional throughout Dane County. Specializing in residential sales, Mr. Holt and his team assist buyers and sellers invest in real estate throughout the top central portion of the state. In addition to focusing on providing superior customer service, he works diligently to build a strong team. Having originally joined KW in 2016, Mr. Holt garnered extensive experience and advanced from an inside sales agent to a Realtor® before becoming a broker associate. He also spent over a decade in various other fields. After graduating from college, he worked in retail management for Finish Line, which, under his management, was recognized as the first in the Midwest region in accessory sales percentage. Mr. Holt also found success as a sales and management specialist for American TV, where he was responsible for amassing over $2 million in sales between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, he held leadership roles for West Corporation and Heartland Payment Systems before transitioning into real estate.
After high school, Mr. Holt enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve, through which he served between 1998 and 2003. He also acquired an associate degree in marketing at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Wisconsin in 2002. Well qualified in the real estate industry, Mr. Holt holds a brokers' license, a designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Commitment to Excellence endorsement.
Mr. Holt attributes his success to the values that were instilled in him by his grandfather and several influential leaders in the military. He has also been an advocate of continued education and often collaborates with tenured real estate professionals to improve his skills.
