A true labor of love, Ms. Houlihan started her business with the hope of helping consumers find an easy and thoughtful way to show their support to loved ones. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she focuses her time on conducting research to remain aware of new symptoms and side effects from various diseases to ensure the relativity of her products. As the aforementioned company continues to thrive, Ms. Houlihan is also working to find partners within the small business community, specifically women-owned companies that would be interested in assisting Le Wren reach a broader scale.
Before transitioning to entrepreneurship, Ms. Houlihan was the vice president of merchandising at Charming Charlie from 2016 to 2020. Prior to her time at Charming Charlie, was director and head merchant of the girls' division of global merchandising at GAP from 2014 to 2015. She was a director at Coach New York, instrumental in the team that helped build the men's global business into a significant part of Coach's annual revenue. Before Coach, she held positions of increasing responsibility in merchandising and buying at Club Monaco and Saks Fifth Avenue, respectively.
Ms. Houlihan initially earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Brown University in 2005. She developed her passion for fashion and retail during her youth in the heart of Manhattan and decided to follow her creative side by pursuing a career in retail. Furthermore, Ms. Houlihan is a member of the Female Entrepreneur Association.
