SCOTTSDALE, AZ, April 28, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dee M. Alschuler has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Committed to helping animals who require emergency care, Ms. Alschuler is an animal first aid instructor. To prepare for her career, she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in botany and biology from the University of Louisville, graduating in 1984. She is certified as a first responder and emergency animal medical technician, as well as in animal first aid and as an animal CPR instructor. She began her career as an event planner at Accent Productions and The Phoenician from 1995 to 2005. Prior to that she ran her own flower shop in Tempe, AZ. Ms. Alschuler also served as a state council member for the Humane Society of the United States from 2015 to 2020.
While working at Accent Productions and The Phoenician, Ms. Alschuler became the owner of Whammy Bar Productions in 1999 and worked as a United States booking agent for various bands including the Booze Bombs, a Rockabilly band based in Germany, since 2001. She also accepted her present role as the director of the Lucky Dog Rescue Inc. in 2004 and became active as a pet CPR and first aid instructor for Pet Emergency Education in 2018. In further dedication to her work, she has found success as a board member for the Phoenix Animal Coalition. In recognition of her civil action for animals, she was honored with a Francis Key Young Award in 2010 and was celebrated as a Woman Who Moves the Valley in 2009. Priding herself on conducting her business with honesty and transparency, Ms. Alschuler aims to continue her work in rescuing animals. She plans to spend more time educating people about what it really means to have a dog, helping them to learn about the responsibility and commitment of owning an animal. She also intends to improve her grant writing skills to attain more sponsors to support her animal rescue.
Ms. Alschuler is currently enrolled at University of Arizona pursuing a degree in Nonprofit Management and Social Media Advertisement.
