Mr. Rosenberg has served as a guest lecturer for a regulated industries course at George Washington University Law School. He has also presented before numerous conferences and annual meetings of professional organizations on rail transportation and energy regulation, including the Association of Transportation Law Professionals, the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and the Western Coal Traffic League, and has been published in articles in Public Utilities Fortnightly and D.C. Legal Times. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg has volunteered his service by participating in pro bon legal work for those that cannot afford representation.
Preparing for his career in law, Mr. Rosenberg attended Brown University, where he acquired a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies, as well as a second concentration in political science and economics, in 1978. He was subsequently accepted to the prestigious Harvard University where he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1981. Mr. Rosenberg has been admitted to practice law before the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of California, the Los Angeles Superior Court, and the California Court of Appeals for the Second District.
As an extension of his commitments, Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the D.C. Bar, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the fall form planning committee for the Association of Transportation Law Professionals. Mr. Rosenberg has been recognized as an AV-Rated Attorney of Martindale-Hubbell for 25 years. He has also been featured in several prominent law publications, including Best Lawyers in America for transportation law and railroad law, and Chambers USA as a leader in the field of transportation law.
