After owning her own wallpaper hanging business for 17 years, Ms. Simoni started Yours Redesigned, a redesign and home staging business. Realizing the demand for qualified stagers and redesigners was due to increase she began the Midwest Staging Redesign Institute in 2005. Ms. Simoni provides future entrepreneurs professional instruction in a proven Interior Redesign and Home Staging processes, incorporating staging and redesign techniques in two to three real home projects. In addition, students learn how to photograph rooms, market to homeowners and realtors and how to start their own businesses, using tools and forms provided by MSRI.

The most rewarding aspects of her career, she notes, are seeing her students complete a redesign or staging project and the thrilled and satisfied look on the homeowner's face upon their return home. She attributes her success to her hard work and dedication and particularly enjoys helping people realize they do not need to spend a lot of money to get a beautiful home.
