Having harbored an interest in art from her formative years, Ms. Liggio was determined to make a career in the field. She subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design from Louisiana Tech University in 1987. Ms. Liggio has been certified as a licensed interior designer by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
Since 2003, Ms. Liggio has found much success as the owner of AGL Commercial Interiors, for which she is also active as an interior designer. AGL Commercial Interiors is a full-service interior design firm for commercial clients. In her role as the owner, Ms. Liggio works with property managers in high rise office buildings, assists companies that are looking to lease space and oversees the company's licensed designers.
Ms. Liggio is a member of the International Interior Design Association and the Executive Women International. Notably, she was presented with several Interior Design Excellence Awards from her local chapter of the International Interior Design Association. In the future, Ms. Liggio intends to retire, as her daughter is poised to take over her business.
