His company has been recognized as the Best Property Management Company in Concord, California, every year since 2018. An expert in property management and residential real estate, he supervises a team of seven people who manage more than 550 properties in the East Bay area. Astound also does the selling and buying of homes for individuals and investors.
Dedicated to building a sound property management company that currently serves more than 550 residential properties throughout East Bay, Mr. Levitas plans to continue to grow Astound with his son David, who runs the day-to-day operation for Astound.
