After Mr. Spielman joined the United States Air Force, he earned an Associate of Applied Science in public affairs through the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Arts in management from Park University. He remained in the service for three decades. Upon his retirement, he used his military training to help veterans transition from military to civilian life as a veterans' employment representative for the Georgia Department of Labor. Supported by his considerable expertise, he presently excels as the president and chief executive officer of Resumes to Get Hired LLC.

An expert in his field, Mr. Spielman also holds a Master of Arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. Throughout the course of his subsequent career, he has maintained his professional alignment with the Air Force Sergeants Association, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Spielman is most proud of his work as the newspaper editor in the Air Force, through which he was able to share the stories of service members and how significant their contributions were to the service.
