Mrs. Kemp received an Associate of Applied Science degree in administrative support technology, with a specialization in legal assistance, at Wytheville Community College in 2016. Notably, she graduated summa cum laude. Well qualified in her field, Mrs. Kemp has been licensed as a realtor in both Virginia and North Carolina and as a broker in North Carolina. She is also a Notary for the State of Virginia.
