Mr. Bixby began his career as a Criminalist and Forensic Scientist with the New York City Police Department Police Laboratory, a role in which he excelled for nearly a decade.

Since 2003, he has been called upon as a Military Intelligence Officer for the United States Army Reserves and since 2020, has found success as the Senior Director of Analytical and Clinical Services at Infinity BiologiX LLC, who are now doing business as SAMPLED. A trusted voice in his field, Mr. Bixby is the author of over 12 publications and has been a presenter at a global life science conference. He considers his most notable achievement as having worked with the military. In addition, he takes pride in his contributions to studying the COVID-19 virus throughout the pandemic, having helped the CDC identify variants with more than 10 million virus samples processed and being the lead developer of the first saliva based COVID-19 PCR test. As a testament to his inimitable contributions, Mr. Bixby has earned several Army Commendation Medals and Army Achievement Medals and the Research and Innovation Award from the Health Care Institute of New Jersey.
