An expert in worker's compensation, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla has served as a resolute business advocate for women for several years. To prepare for her career, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, San Bernardino, in 2007 and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in 2016. Professionally qualified in her field, she is certified in California workers' compensation claims administration by the Insurance Education Association and in state implementation plans by the Office of Self Insurance Plans. Following these accomplishments, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla became the chief executive officer for The Pro Firm-Professional Females in Risk Management in 2018 which has since transformed into Beauty & Beast in Business LLC. As a Global Risk Director for a large company, her experience has included oversight of twenty-five insurance lines, claims and the risk management department for the United States and Canada.
In addition to this leadership role, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla is the chief executive officer of Beauty and Beast in Business LLC and a board member of the Latina Professionals. With strong beliefs in education, she has been a Business Consultant for both the Inland Empire Women's Business Center through California State University San Bernardino as well as the National Veteran's Chamber of Commerce. Well regarded for her insight, Angel has conducted several interviews for her Girl Talk with a Business Edge show and written publication for Beauty & Beast in Business LLC. In recognition of her expertise, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla was nominated for a Comp Laude award by Work Comp Central in 2017 and was a finalist for the award in 2019.
One of her greatest missions is being dedicated to civic advocacy. Ms. Guerra-Chagolla has volunteered with the Colton Joint Unified School District in different capacities for 25 years. Previous years also included Cedar House Angels Children's Fund, Nonprofit Karma & Blessings and providing women in her industry educational scholarships for certifications or computers. Angel is dedicated to her field and community. Prior Board Member services include advisory board member for the Executives in Worker's Compensation, board member for the Hispanic Insurance Risk Management Association, nonprofit assistant for The Olive Branch Life Change Center and organizer for children up to 18 years old in Bloomington, California. For her volunteer work, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla was honored with a Recognition for Community Outreach from the National Association of Women Business Owners and a Women and Men in Riverside Congress Proclamation as well as additional Senate and Assembly persons Recognitions.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Guerra-Chagolla plans to continue her annual business and health retreats for women, which allow them to travel safely together and experience the world while gaining respect for Diversity, People Equity, and Inclusion. She has also launched 3B National Consulting Group LLC and is the Managing Partner, along with her two business partners. This accomplishment will bring their work into national and global consulting for public and private entities. Angel will continue to create positive impact as she supports and educates small to medium sized businesses through her new business, bringing them financial savings that can change their businesses and lives.
