Mr. Greiber subsequently continued his career as the director of marketing for Life Spine, Inc. between 2006 and 2009. He was promoted to vice president of business development and professional relations at Life Spine from 2009 until 2016, and has been the vice president of international business development there ever since then. In this capacity, he coordinates marketing, business development and educational activities with other colleagues, for distributors and surgeons in more than 30 countries worldwide.
