Mr. Hastreiter began his career as a machinist assistant with UTM Inc. (now Hastreiter Industries), and additionally worked as the program staff head for River of Life Camp and as a process pipe welder for Begert Stainless Inc.
Presently, Mr. Hastreiter is the vice president of Hastreiter Industries, through which he oversees the marketing and sales departments, as well as process engineering and technology advancements within the manufacturing environment. He also hires and develops talent pipelines and business operations. As an executive, Mr. Hastreiter works closely with local high schools in order to create sustainable programs for the future.
For his efforts throughout the course of his career, Hastreiter Industries was named as a Modern Machine Shop Top Shop Honoree in Gardner Business Media. His company also received the Governor's Exemplary Employer Award from the State of Wisconsin and his company was recognized among the Top 10 CNC Machining Service Companies in Technology Insights Magazine. In 2021 Production Machining Magazine recognized him as an Emerging Leader. In a professional journey suffused with highlights, Mr. Hastreiter is most proud to have helped other people become successful in their own right. In accounting for his standout success, he credits the influence of his Christian faith.
Mr. Hastreiter maintains his affiliation with the Central Wisconsin Metal Manufacturers Alliance. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is also active with the advisory committees for local schools including Marshfield Senior High School and Mid-State Technical College. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hastreiter plans to continue expanding the scope of his business and build deeper roots within the community.
