He manages hiring, training, staffing, scheduling and handles the details of each event to ensure the operations run smoothly. He is also responsible for payroll and human resources. To remain aware of developments affecting his field, he became a member of the National Association of Catering Executives as well as attending many HR and employment law seminars.
