In 2013, he began as an associate with Senior Lifestyle Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona, before becoming an insurance agent with American Senior Benefits from 2014 to 2016.

Throughout his career, he has completed coursework at Western Governors University, and received life, health, life settlement, and property and casualty insurance licenses.
Outside of his main career path, Mr. Hadden dedicates himself to his community as a firefighter and emergency medical technician for the town of Vernon. Previously, he served as a lieutenant for the Town of Vernon Fire Department, a volunteer staff member with South Windsor Jaycees Foundation Inc., and through the Indian Valley YMCA and the Rockville Downtown Association. To commemorate his accomplishments, he received unit citations and commendations from the Town of Vernon Fire Department. In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of volunteering in his community. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hadden aims to help other agents develop within the industry.
