Every inspection includes a 12-point energy analysis that includes a series of tests on hot water heaters, doors and windows, HVAC units, attics and crawlspaces, and other key areas.

Looking toward the future, Mr. DeHart aims to double the size of his company within the next five years. He is also interested in investing in a second business in a different field, although he has no plans to sell his current organization. In 2021, Mr. DeHart earned record sales of $1.3 million, and he attributes his good fortune to trusting in his employees and learning to delegate more of the work to them so that he can focus on operations, sales and growth strategies.
Garnering previous experience in the industry, Mr. DeHart was a sales manager for Southeastern Energy Corp in 2010 and Advanced Metal Roofing from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Mr. DeHart was a general laborer for All About Irrigation between 1996 and 2004.
Actively engaged in his community and his children's extracurricular activities, Mr. DeHart volunteers his time through i9 Sports coaching soccer, golf, and flag football. Additionally, Mr. DeHart served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard. An infantryman/calvary scout between 2002 and 2010, he notably served overseas in Iraq in 2004 as part of a personal security detachment team.
Mr. DeHart was a collegiate athlete in wrestling for the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2001. Mr. DeHart also studied at Cape Fear Community College until having to drop his classes to go overseas due to being activated for Iraq.
To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. DeHart was honored to be named to a local Forty Under 40 list for his professional achievements. His company was also recognized as the Number One Installation Company by Encore Magazine. One of his greatest achievements is serving on the board of Veterans Memorial Reef, a non-profit his VA doctor started.
