Involved in every aspect of the business, Mr. Hartman frequently visits job sites to support his employees and is actively engaged by providing estimates, hand-selecting products for his showroom, overseeing sales and negotiations, and other daily operations.

The company has also completed jobs for multiple residents, office buildings, financial institutions, schools, and government agencies. Notably, Mr. Hartman was first introduced to the industry while working for a flooring contractor in high school. After completing a four-year apprenticeship, he established Aaron Custom Floors in 2004, which was a small business that he managed from home and provided a variety of services to residential customers. After eight years, Mr. Hartman established Summit Home Improvement in 2013, through which he garnered an extensive reputation as a contractor for Lowe's Home Improvement.
An advocate of giving back, Mr. Hartman frequently donates on behalf of Art of Hoping and Sparrow Missions. To further enhance his career, he is also a professional member of the Louisville Hospitality Association, the Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association, Commerce of Lexington, and the Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce.
