In July 2022, Mr. Ladner will celebrate his ninth year in the field. He previously worked for the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier from 1975 to 2012 and then retired. However, after attending a career fair in 2013 his passion for working directly with people was rekindled and his new career path was set. After diligent self-study for several months, Mr. Ladner was licensed as a REALTOR® and began working with Prudential California Realty later that year.
Mr. Ladner was named a Multi-Million Dollar Producer (defined as one with annual multi-million dollars in sales) from 2016 through 2020, with 2 years over $5 million dollars in sales. He has also been named a Top Producer in sales for four separate months, along with many months in the Gold Club, acknowledging multiple sales per month between 2021 and 2022. In 2021, he again made multi-million dollar in sales including exceeding $5 million once again with Realty ONE Group Zoom. Mr. Ladner was also honored with a mentoring award in 2020 for his dedication to working with rising professionals in realty at RE/MAX Legend.
Mr. Ladner left Prudential California Realty and moved to Grupe Real Estate for five years, RE/MAX Legend for nearly a year until its closure, and found what he now considers to be his final brokerage with Realty ONE Group Zoom in mid-2020, all located in Stockton, CA. Using its acronym of ROGZ, this franchise of Realty ONE Group now includes three additional offices, including one in Tracy and two in Modesto. Realty ONE Group is a real estate industry leader in growth, reaching number one in franchise growth in 2021 and is now a worldwide company with offices around the world. In his capacity as a REALTOR®, he corresponds with current and past clients regularly on their transaction anniversaries, which Mr. Ladner refers to as his clients "Homeversary."
