Continuing her focus on growth and expansion, Let's Dress Up! recently opened their second brick and mortar location in downtown Manhattan. Looking toward the future, Ms. Myers hopes to eventually open even more locations.
A former customer of Let's Dress Up!, Ms. Myers brought her young daughter to experience one of its onsite events. Shortly thereafter, an opportunity presented itself to partner with Founder, Judy Famigletti, and she took a leap of faith by leaving her steady career to join the team. Her background in finance began in 1995 as a Sales Associate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, a U.S. investment bank, where she specialized in private client services covering hedge funds and high-net-worth individuals. She subsequently served as a Vice President at Credit Suisse, a global wealth management and investment management firm, overseeing hedge fund accounts from 2000 to 2011. Additionally, Ms. Myers garnered experience as a research assistant for Samlyn Capital, an investment management company where she worked with the health care, insurance, and business services analyst teams between 2011 and 2018.
Frequently contributing to her local community, Ms. Myers enjoys participating in area school fundraising events. She has also been known for bringing experiences to children undergoing treatment for cancer through the Saint George's Society by allowing them to dress up in costume and have tea parties. In years past, Ms. Myers was a volunteer affiliate chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network from 2013 to 2016. Leading a team of senior volunteers, she also attended leadership training at its corporate headquarters, led monthly meetings, promoted events, and made presentations before corporate sponsors and donors.
Ms. Myers graduated from The Loomis Chaffee School, a co-educational, college preparatory boarding and day school in Windsor, Connecticut, in 1990. She subsequently received a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and education at Tulane University in 1994.
