As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Drawing on over five decades of expertise in the architectural industry, Mr. Stuebinger specialized in town planning, commercial and institutional work. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he pursued an education at the University of Southern California, where he obtained a Bachelor of Architecture in 1967. As a commitment to his field, Mr. Stuebinger was licensed to serve as an architect in the states of Hawaii and California.

Mr. Stuebinger began his vocation as a planner and designer at John L. Chapman AIA Land Planner, formerly known as Chapman, Phillips, Brandt, Reddick and Associates, from 1963 to 1974, while concurrently serving as a designer at George Bissell AIA Architect from 1972 until 1973. Between 1974 and 1975, he garnered expertise as a job captain and designer at Edward Sullam FAIA, before contributing to John Carl Warnecke and Associates as a designer and an associate partner from 1976 to 1980. Between 1981 and 2003, he continued his career working in a similar capacity at various organizations, including Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd. as a senior project manager, Johnson, Fain, Pereira and Associates as a senior planner, the California Federal Bank as a corporate architect and vice president, Rafael Franco and Associates as a project manager, the Royal Commission Urban Planning Department of Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd. as chief urban planner, and as a project manager, director and designer at F & A Architects. From 2003 to 2005, he was active in his post as a construction manager at Gruen Associates. Between 1990 and until his retirement in 2006, Mr. Stuebinger found much success as the owner and architect of Stuebinger Architects.

In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Stuebinger is most proud of his ability to have worked in the Middle East for almost five years, where he contributed to a huge shopping center in Dubai, spent two and a half years in Saudi Arabia, and a year in Qatar. Additionally, he is gratified of his 55 years of architectural and town planning achievements and continual learning opportunities. Mr. Stuebinger attributes much of his success to his passion for his specialty since the age of 16, when he accidentally discovered a book on architecture in his high school library.
