Ms. Gwinn is an organizational theorist with a background in quantum physics and the founder of Whole Brain Business Theory

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, August 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to honor Mary "Dolly" Gwinn with inclusion in Who's Who in the World. An accomplished listee, Ms. Gwinn celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Gwinn is an organizational and business development theorist, writer and consultant, best-known for her development of Whole Brain Business Theory and Neurobusiness. Since the 1990s, she has focused on her work as the founder of the Gwinn Genius Institute and the International Institute of Conceptual Education, and has been featured by the Smithsonian Institute website and as a sponsor of the CNN National Memory Championships. While preparing for her professional journey, Ms. Gwinn studied at Monterey Peninsula College, undertook Dale Carnegie training courses in sales management and pursued years of independent inquiry in neuroscience, brain structure and function.

Spending the early stages of her career as a retail sales manager and executive for the May Company and Dale Carnegie Courses, Ms. Gwinn was responsible for devising national marketing materials and expansion plans that ultimately increased the May Company's retail presence to more than 200 stores across the United States. During the early 1980s, she accrued diverse experience as a technical recruiter for Len Annuzzi and a manager for KTAR News and Radio. By the end of this period, she consulted extensively with policymakers and industry leaders around the world, including Arizona representative Candice Nagel, the Nathaniel Cummings Foundation and Advantest Japan Inc. Ms. Gwinn established Strategic Integration and the International Institute for Conceptual Education in 1991 as a clearinghouse for her Whole Brain Business Theory model, originally developed for Advantest America.

Ms. Gwinn is the author of more than a dozen books, most recently "Genius Leadership Secrets from the Past for the 21st Century" and the "Whole Brain business Theory Case Study." She has presented at seminars and conferences hosted by the University of Cambridge, the Commission of Women in Science, Technology, and Medicine, and the ABI/IBC International Congress, among others. Likewise, Ms. Gwinn has created corporate training and environmental materials for companies throughout the United States and Europe.

In 2000 she was personally invited by Dr. SAEED, Syed Anwar to present her "Mind of Genius Seminar" to not only students at the college graduate level in India. She also welcomed all government officials to attend this seminar.

Ms. Gwinn credits her success on her unique perspective regarding communication and human potential, and is proud to have worked with institutions across the globe for more than three decades. In recognition of her outstanding work in training and development, she has been presented with numerous awards, including a Dr. Ernest Kay Congress Award, an IBC International Order of Merit and a World Intellectual Award. She was also nominated for an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur, Educator and Supporter Award. Ms. Gwinn is a member of the Maison Internationale des Intellectuels of Germany.

She received the following letter from Walters Speakers Services on 6/19/1995:

Dear Mary D. Gwinn,
Thanks for the news release on your great trip to Australia. Love to have an article on your speaking to our "mates" down under for sharing ideas. I love your genius ideas.
One of Ms. Gwinn's favorite genius quotes is by George Washington Carver:
"I asked the Lord to tell me the secrets of the universe. He told me 'Your brain is too small to grasp those secrets.' So I asked Him to tell me the secrets of the peanut. And he did. "
