In addition to her primary endeavors at the office, Ms. Mariga has been active as a public speaker and host of her own podcast, "The Profit Talk," and the YouTube channel "Profit First with Susanne Mariga." Additionally, she became a published author in 2021 with the release of her Amazon bestselling book, "Profit First for Minority Business Enterprises," via the Avant-Garde Project. Ms. Mariga donates a portion of her book sales to HOPE worldwide, a nonprofit organization that sponsors scholarships for girls living in Zimbabwe.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Ms. Mariga received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting in 1999. Well qualified in her field, she has been certified as a public accountant, a certified tax coach and a chartered global management accountant. Ms. Mariga also holds certification as a John Maxwell Team coach and as a Profit First Professional.

Recognizing her achievements in the field, she received the Emerging Ten Award from the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council in 2011.
