With more than 20 years' experience in finance, Mr. Springer specializes in international networking related to investments. To prepare for his professional journey, he earned a degree in management science and quantitative methods from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in Germany in 2003. Well-qualified in his field, he attained Series 65 certification, as well as certification as a chartered alternative investment analyst. While pursuing his education, Mr. Springer was a stockbroker for Currency and Commodity Brokers in 1997 and later joined Hewlett-Packard as a project assistant in 1999. In 2000, he acted as a night receptionist for Goldman Sachs and completed two internships with Lufthansa and the Fiat Group in 2002 and 2003, respectively.
Mr. Springer became a financial controller for Loh Services in 2004 and was involved in sports betting with Topsportwetten LLC in 2006. He assumed a role as a futures and options specialist for Deutsche Bank in 2006, earning a promotion to client services officer for futures and options in 2009. In 2011, he became a senior derivatives administrator for BNY Mellon and was promoted to the role of derivatives clearing client service analyst in 2012. Aligned with Carrier Capital GmbH from 2016 to 2020, Mr. Springer was the firm's group chief executive officer.
Since 2017, Mr. Springer has been the founder, president and chairman of the board of the Carrier Capital Corporation. Via this role, Mr. Springer engages in increasing shareholder value by monetizing companies' intrinsic principles. He enjoys attending meetings with various groups and organizations in the United States, including the CAIA Association and the Navy Seals, learning a great deal from his extensive networking efforts. He is also a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, the OSS Society, Inc., and the CFA Society New York.
A German native, Mr. Springer aims to earn citizenship in the United States and immigrate to America. He plans to contribute as prolifically as possible once he establishes himself in a new country in an effort to pay back the kindness he received when he first began working in the U.S.
