Mr. Souza began his career in the HVAC industry in the Air Force, where he was tasked with repair and maintenance work on air conditioners for intercontinental ballistic missile silos.
After his honorable discharge from the Air Force in 2005, Mr. Souza continued to work for various companies, including Climate Care Heating and Air in Manteca, California, as a service technician from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, he has found much success as the owner of Souza's Heating and Air. In this capacity, he is responsible for service calls, managing work overflow, delegating tasks to his crewmembers and overseeing daily operations of the business. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Souza has contributed to the Ripon Chamber of Commerce and the mikeroweWORKS Foundation. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud to have completed his first book, which is a memoir written as a highly readable reference guide on the history, science, functions and usage of the heating and air conditioning systems.
Mr. Souza attributes much of his success to the late Bob Proctor, a self-help author and lecturer who is famous for his part in the renowned film, "The Secret," for inspiring him to pursue his professional endeavors. Looking toward the future, Mr. Souza aspires to visit high schools and speak to students about the benefits of a career in trade, and hopes to establish a multi-family real estate business.
