Mr. Norris continued his career in clinical nursing and healthcare administration with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs retiring in 2015. Prior to retirement, he gained further expertise in Health Science and Administration by acquiring his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with the concentration in Management and Leadership. In addition, he successfully championed multiple Advancement Programs for Leadership from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration as a nationally certified fellow mentor and VISN 6 Mid-Atlantic certified High Performance Development Model (HPDM Level2) in healthcare leadership.
During and following the conclusion of his federal service career, Mr. Norris subsequently secured his present roles as a leading entrepreneur. He has established a hospital brand known as the National Alternative Community Health Center LLC (www.nachcnetwork.com) that focus its efforts on mental health and opioid addiction interventions; plus the releasing of a new innovative state-of-the-art medical technology for human diagnostic testing, known as Go-POD, Portable Point-of-Diagnostic Laboratory (utility patented) designed by Black OPS Systems in which he is a co-owner. The FDA approved and CLIA certified complete laboratory specializes in infectious disease testing i.e. COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, etc., which provides polymerase chain reaction (PCR) results, susceptibility ratings, and more in 15 minutes with real-time data delivery capability.
Since 2021, Mr. Norris operates as the founder, president, and chief executive officer for a C-corporation branded as Alternative 33 Holdings Inc. (www.a33holdings.com) in which he governs several limited liability companies under the company umbrella. He networks, builds brands, and secure funding by establishing viable relationships with creditors and accredited investors for exploring alternative investment and equity share opportunities (ensuring 0% volatile stock market risk) for portfolio growth by using unique risk management methodology and tax favorable incentives. Since 2016, Norris has been a licensed fiduciary as an independent life insurance agent and intends to expand the scope of his financial services to full service banking for his clients.
