Outside of her main career path, Ms. Boeder is most well known for serving as an advocate for domestic violence victims. A survivor herself, her story of resilience and strength spread through media outlets, serving as a beacon for those in similar situations. Ms. Boeder frequently engages in public speaking opportunities in the hopes of empowering victims to speak up against their aggressors.
Grateful to the officers that aided her in her experience with domestic violence, Ms. Boeder gives back by providing fitness classes at the local police academy. For other victims of domestic violence, she urges them to look through the darkness for a light at the end of the tunnel, maintaining that there is always a path forward to a better life.
