A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Swearingen was the founder, owner, and president of Rock Solid Home Inspections LLC from 2012 to 2018. Located in Tampa, Florida, and serving all of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando Counties, Rock Solid has been recognized as one of the top awarded home inspection companies in the state of Florida.
During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Swearingen worked in sales and finance in the automobile industry. He was also the vice president and a small business champion for Bank of America and the vice president and a small business banker for Wachovia Banks and Wells Fargo. Furthermore, Mr. Swearingen was the president and chief executive officer of American Gospel Tours Inc. from 2004 to 2012, during which time he notably worked with such talents as Jennifer Hudson and Faith Hill at Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa.
Mr. Swearingen studied business management at Saint Petersburg College. Well qualified in his field, he is a licensed home inspector through the Professional Home Inspectors Institute, a master certified technician and trainer for Cryoskin Revolution and NMS, holds a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System license, and is business-to-business sales certified. Mr. Swearingen also maintains membership with the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
