Having started Top Dog Properties as a team leader in 2018, he has served as the owner and broker of the company since 2021. In this capacity, he manages an ever-growing number of brokers, overseeing daily operations and assisting the brokers with any questions they may have with their contracts, as well as helping them to expand their revenue streams and grow in the company. In this respect, he works diligently to ensure that each client receives a personal touch and they are treated like family.
Additionally, Mr. Peterson has found success as a fitness director for UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork since 2012. He works at UMA with his wife, Alejandra Billoni, who founded and owns UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork. To gain his expertise for his career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management from Texas A&M University in 1996. He is also a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.M.P.I, as part of his commitment to improving his industry for other professionals.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Peterson is currently planning to offer additional services with UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork, helping more clients with their fitness goals. He also intends to expand Top Dog Properties to more countries and create a national footprint through growing franchises across the country.
