Previously, he operated Music City Dream Cars and served as a marketing director of Mehta Family Healthcare.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Ridgel studied at Tennessee State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in business information systems in 2003. He later studied massage therapy at California Healing Arts from 2010 to 2012 and operated a mobile massage company in the Los Angeles area for five years.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Ridgel founded Hydrate the Hood, a non-profit organization that provides alkaline water to underserved communities, and continues to serve as the organization's executive director. He enjoys helping small nonprofits raise money and serves on the advisory boards of the Joe Beretta Foundation and SHARE Foundation. His efforts were recognized with a citizen of the year award. In accounting for his standout success, Mr. Ridgel credits his propensity for seizing opportunities and never giving up.
