For twenty-five (25) years, Attorney Murray has been a Court Commissioner in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Longer ago than he cares to remember, Attorney Murray began a partnership in the practice of law with Attorney Norman L. Goeschko. When Attorney Goeschko relocated to Lake Mills four years ago, Attorney Murray continued to prosper in the practice with other lawyers coming and going within the firm. The main concentration of his practice is family law with a focus on child custody and placement. Attorney Murray has welcomed many young attorneys into the field and helped to guide them on their own paths, as well as helping more experienced attorneys transition over to the private sector to build a practice. While he remains constantly busy, he always makes time to offer the benefits of his experience to others around him.
Attorney Murray also believes strongly in giving back to the community, not just as an attorney by helping at legal clinics and judging the mock trial program for the state of Wisconsin, but also in donating more than just time. He has served with the Wisconsin Board of Attorneys' Professional Responsibility, the Wisconsin Lawyer Assistance Program, and the La Casa de Esperanza and Waukesha County Circuit Court legal clinics. He is also actively involved in Make a Wish, Waukesha Civic Theater, and Next Act in Milwaukee, where he serves as a board member.
