He is presently the chief executive officer for Foundation Saint Joseph, which he established in 2021. The foundation aims to aid the development of impoverished areas in Haiti, working to reduce food injustice through a community food bank and mobilizing volunteer services to areas in need.
Prior to his current position with Foundation Saint Joseph, Mr. Joseph began his career as a security supervisor for the Allegiance Security Group in 2007 and was subsequently a bus operator for Walt Disney World from 2012 to 2016. He then became a student loan consultant for PHEAA, helping borrowers maintain their accounts and assisting them with appropriate loan applications and options to best suit their needs. Mr. Joseph was simultaneously an assistant administrator for Hunter's Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from 2009 to 2011.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Joseph earned an Associate of Science in hotel and restaurant management from the Career Institute in Washington, D.C., in 2007. He then attained a Bachelor of Science in health care administration with a focus in working with nursing homes from Everest University in 2010. In 2017, he earned a Master of Science majoring in Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
