Drawing on over four decades of proficiency in his chosen profession, Mr. Lee is distinguished for his valuable expertise in the culinary industry. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he pursued cooking courses at The Oriental Hotel in Thailand, and participated in the emerging leaders program at Caesars Entertainment in Nevada. In 1975, Mr. Lee began his career as a bus boy, and subsequently as a boiler cook, before advancing to a more prominent position in the culinary industry.

Mr. Lee built a prolific career in his specialty as an executive chef at Harvey's Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino, and at Caesars Entertainment Harrah's Hotels and Casinos, where he served for nearly three decades. Since 2014, he has found much success as a retail manager and a corporate chef at Sierra Gold Seafood. In this capacity, he is responsible for creating recipes, managing the staff, cooking seafood-themed cuisines, ordering and purchasing new products, quality control and daily retail operations of the seafood market. Well regarded for his contributions to the field, Mr. Lee received the Chairman Leadership Award in 2007.

Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Lee has contributed to culinary scholarships through the High Sierra Chefs Association and has served as a volunteer for numerous cooking demonstrations at various charities. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud to have worked his way up the ladder of the culinary industry, where he has advanced to his leadership post as an executive chef for multi-million dollar organizations.

Proudly serving by John Cotton Dana's motto: "he who dares to teach must never cease to learn," Mr. Lee attributes much of his success to his passion and attention to detail in all aspects of his personal and professional life. Looking toward the future, he aspires to expand the scope of his career to that of a culinary consultant, and hopes to open a restaurant in Thailand and spend more time with his family.
