Ms. Robson lends years of experience to her work with the Neshaminy School District

LANGHORNE, PA, September 28, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Wendy Jane Robson has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Driven by her personal motto – "It is not where you start, but where you finish. Never stop trying, you can do it. Believe in yourself!" Ms. Robson presently excels as a music teacher of fifth, sixth and eighth grade general music and fifth grade choral director. She is also the assistant band director, assistant orchestra director and assistant sixth - eighth grade choral director and assistant musical director. Since joining the district in 1993 she has also taught seventh grade music and was the director of the sixth - eighth grade choral program.

Throughout the course of her career Ms. Robson has also worked as an educational administrator as acting principal. She was the lead teacher of music for nine years. To remain aware of developments affecting the field of education she aligns herself with the Pennsylvania Music Association and the Bucks County Music Educators' Association. Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Robson earned a Bachelor of Education from Combs College of Music in 1987. To further her expertise in the field, she received a master's in administration from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2006 and an additional certificate in curriculum and instruction from the same institution in 2008.

In a career filled with highlights, Ms. Robson is most proud of directing music and working with her students, and watching former students perform on Broadway. An additional highlight was having a student tell her, "Because of what you showed me, I realize that I am able to do this now." To commemorate her accomplishments, she received a Letter of Commendation and a pin for her work as lead teacher of music and was inducted into Who's Who in High School Music.

Ms. Robson attributes her success to the support of her parents and family, as well as her passion for music and education. Looking toward the future, she intends to continue teaching and expanding upon her knowledge. Ultimately, Ms. Robson also aims to retire and possibly continue to perform and teach private voice lessons.
